    • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
    • Customer provides return shipping
    • No restocking fees
    • No refinishing fees
    • No consumable charges 
  2. Unboxing Video Requirement:

    • If you received the wrong product, please provide an unboxing video as proof. This helps us verify the issue and process your return promptly.
    • Please ensure the unboxing video clearly shows the condition of the packaging and the items inside. Videos that do not meet this requirement may delay the processing of your return request.
    • Returns without an unboxing video for wrong product claims may not be accepted.
  3. Non-Returnable Items:
